1/10/02...We have signed a contract that also acts as a planning permission application to the Esperaza Mairie.

8/10/02...We have appointed a Notaire (conveyancer?).

02/03...We have agreed to sell a small part of the bottom of the land (for a token 1 EURO) to provide for a new (wider) road and sewage system cionnecting our road to the main village road down the hill.

07/03...Still not received the CU (Certificate of Urbanisme) but we understand that this amount of time (10 months to date) is normal for the conclusion of  land purchase in this region.
